This is a skin I made awhile ago, I'm choosing to upload it now because I felt like it. :] It's a martial arts bear from the manga by Eiichiro Oda, One Piece. He's a member of Trafalgar Law's pirate crew, the Heart Pirates. He is also one of my favorite characters of the series (even though he just appeared a couple times).
