This is Big Man Nick.
It is my version of a Mafia Santa.
Back in the twenties, Santa used to dress like this. He mainly dressed like it so when he went to Mafia neighborhoods, he wouldn't get attacked. Sometimes he would get back to the workshop dressed like this. So this Christmas, he dug out the old costume and put it on in the workshop.
