To me, this is one of the most memorable comic book characters from any comic book I've ever read. EVER. This hairy, haggard, hairball of a cat is from Berkeley Breathed's comic strip, Bloom County. His most memorable quote: "Ack" (which is pretty much all he says). Anyhoo, I decided to make this skin about two weeks ago, but I didn't really start it until last saturday. I'm quite proud of the colors on this guy.
