This is Elizabeth from BioShock Infinite in the blue dress we know from multiple Wallpapers and the game cover itself. I made the other two variants of her aswell, the one she wears from the first encounter until she changes to this dress, and her in this dress without the jacket on, as seen later in the game. This skin can be used for roleplay or basically anything you want to do with it, so have fun playing with this skin!
