This is my 7th submission to the_soup's skinning challenge and the last of the Powerpuff girls. Blossom has very long flowing hair and a huge hair bow and so I focused on those in this design. I've found these line art skins fun to make. It was challenging to make a 2D character appear to be stepping into the third dimension.
