Welp... It finally hit 30 subs! :DI know, I know... I'm a little late but I was busy with stuff.
But anyway, this is my FINAL SKIN that will use a fixed palette. It just seems like my shading should still improve a bit. Still, it's a nice skin in my opinion and I promise I'll bring you tons more in the future.
In other news, I'm planning on making a skinning tutorial so look forward to that! :D
