this ptoject was undertaken due to my friend harlock, this was not requested but done for no reason at all haha. if you like captain harlock then feel free to dowload this skn as due to lots of searching I have foud that there are not many doe so here is a new one with plenty of detail. please bae in mind that I am oy just starting out with my skin designing so feedback is apreciated
