The only one who wasn't affected by her Geass was the Sister who held an Immortal Code, therefor she became the only person C.C. could trust and truly interact with.
However even that had to come to an end. For a eternal life becomes a curse, and the Sister wanted to call in her wish, she wanted C.C. to take her Code. Betrayed and given the curse of eternal youth, shewind up in the hands of the 3rd Prince of Britannia, Colvis la Britannia and became the test subject for Code-R. The secret military project on studying both Geass and the Code of Immortality to present to the Britannian Emperor Charles zi Britannia
Eventually Ougi's group the to be Black Knights captured her in the containment capsule under the guise of poison gas, however Lelouch and Suzaku come into contact with the capsule when it opens. Expecting poison gas to flow out instead they find a bound girl, C.C. However before they can free her the King's Guard storm in, surround them and order Suzaku to kill Lelouch, however when he refuse the captain shoots Suzaku in the stomach. This gives the thief of the capsule Nakata time to detonate the truck used to transport the capsule, giving Lelouch a chance to escape with C.C.
Lelouch and C.C. escape to a warehouse in the Shinjuku Ghetto which the military has started a crackdown on in order to find C.C. Lelouch manages to hide until his phone rings, the King's Guard push him against the wall and the captain draws his gun however when he shoots C.C. jumps in front of the bullet protecting Lelouch, however before they can fire again C.C. grabs onto Lelouch's hand and enters him into the same contract as her own, Lelouch gains the power of Geass and C.C. gains his promise tofulfilher wish. Lelouch's Geass manifests as the power of total control pver others which he uses to force the King's Guard to commit suicide, however Lelouch leaves C.C.'s apparently dead body.
C.C. returns into Lelouch's life and becomes a part of the Black Knights in order to allow Lelocuh to fulfil his contract. However C.C.'s motives shall become clear only later, what are the conditions of the contract? And what are C.C.'s true motives, goals andallegiance?
