She's dressed like the neutral Chao from Sonic Adventure 2 (Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on Gamecube) :D I know the skin kinda looks... messy... sorry :[

Anyways I have the outlines of the dark Chao and hero Chao, they are the same except differents colors, different wings, and different bows. If I ever decide to SHADE them, I'll post them. I have a few skin ideas that are already outlined but I don't want to shade them :c
