Hitana Ema, Better known as Chii, is from an anime called "Brother's Conflict." Pretty good anime if I do say so myself.
Because I'd rather not spoil any of the anime for those of which plan to watch it, I'll keep hushed and only say, "All Chii asked for was a family."
