Commander William Riker
Commander William Riker is the First Officer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise D. He is referred to as "Number One" by Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Riker has been offered the command of his own ship several times before, however he rejected the offer every time. He often leads the away teams, and rarely let's Captain Picard be on the away teams. He's one of the best First Officers in all of Starfleet!
