Curly Brace from Cave Story! I only say it's 95% done because I feel like I may update it later :)
I put a mouth on her because the updated sprite has her mouth like that, if you don't like it I could fix it or you could too ;)
***The bottom of the head might be messed up, it looks fine on SkinCraft :/ Tell me if it is so I can fix it<3
