I remade my old Cutman skin to use MM8 style colours and shading instead of the odd SMW choice I made with the original skin.
Expect me to remake my other older skins in a similar way soon.
Appeared in Mega Man (NES), Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge (Game Boy), Mega Man: The Wily Wars (Sega Genesis), Mega Man 8 (Sega Saturn), Mega Man: The Power Battle (Arcade), Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters (Arcade), Mega Man Powered Up! (PSP), Super Adventure Rockman (PSX/Sega Saturn), Rockman Battle & Fighters (NeoGeo Pocket Colour), Mega Man X8 (PS2) and Rockman Xover (iOS).
He was also set to appear in Mega Man Universe.
EDIT: Weird. This skin overwrote the old one.
