I actually have had this skin for a few months but I've only recently been bothered to post it up. Its a skin based off the popular game "Dishonored" and is one of the enemies you encounter in the game. They normally have helmets however I didn't put one on this guy because I couldn't get the look right.
Well as always please don't copy my skins and don't re-texture them. If you want to use part of the skin send me a message and we can discuss it or if you want to use it in a you-tube video.
