Hi! Today, as an add on to the Weeper skin, this skin will be featured in the soon to come texture - pack based on the game: Dishonored. Although the weeper was obviously for the zombie mob, this skin (Whaler = assassin) is probably going to be for a set of armor.
Whalers
The main assassin group in Dishonored is more commonly known to the people of Dunwall as "Whalers" because of the whaling masks they wear to protect their identities and much else, despite their true intentions as assassins, led by the person that murdered Empress Jessamine Kaldwin; Daud.
