Title Translates to "The Lord of the Empyreus"Based on roblox hat (http://www.roblox.com/Dominus-Empyreus-item?id=21070012) Its one most expensive hats on roblox o.o but any way. Its one of 5 skins using the style of the skin each based upon the Dominus hats series. And an another one with unique texture nothing like what roblox made.
