Doug Rattman from Portal. Doug doesn't actually appear in game, but he is a big part of Portal's backstory. Doug Rattman died right after the ending of Portal, but there can here a recording of his voice in Portal 2. Oh yea, he also has schizophrenia. While you are in Portal you have a schizophrenic scientist with a companion cube stalking you, so yea that's not scary at all.
