I suggest locking him in the darkest room in the darkest dungeon of a dark, dank stronghold several hundred years ago using a time machine. Just please get him somewhere that is as far away from here as POSSIBLE!!!

Yep, redone! Thanks to Linken and Kronk for reminding me to make this! As usual, I kept the palette on the skin.
(Oh and I achieved the glowing effect by selecting the blue color and setting the opacity to 60)
