The thumbnail and the image to the right do not look like the actual skin. That's what it used to look like but when I updated it the preview image didn't change.Dr. Nefarious is my favourite villain from the Ratchet and Clank series, which if you haven't played, I would strongly recommend you do because they are really fun. Anyway, [SPOILERS] Dr. Nefarious was once a human who Captain Qwark (My favourite superhero despite the fact he has no powers and is a complete coward) bullied when he was in 9th grade. As a result he turned into an evil villain. Qwark defeated him by pushing him off a bridge (accidentally) in his base, sending him plummeting into the abyss of machines below him. He (somehow) got turned into a robot who hated all organic life. Anyway, he is the main villain in Ratchet and Clank 3 Up Your Arsenal and Ratchet and Clank A Crack In Time. He has a tendency to short circuit when he gets really angry and his head picks up radio signals from a soap opera, continuing to play it until someone hits him hard enough.
