This is charlie, he is a very dangerous derp in-patient at SunnyDerp Hill mental institution, last night at 10.18pm he escaped and is now at large, he is highly dangerous and should not be approached, if you see charlie please keep your distance and report your sighting immediately to your local police station, please don't be frightened but stay safe !!!...............
