Submission for the Twisted Reality Skin Contest.
Dr. Carzel realized what was happening. His coding was become self sufficient. He found himself talking to the code he had created, and the code talking back. His finds were great and he couldn't wait to submit them to the Academy. One night however, a lightning strike caught the tower where the Code was in the middle of a transfer to The Academies databases. The strike of lightning overloaded the transfer, and all data was shot back into the main console device. The overlay effect generated a living Binary code on a Organic Development platform nearby. A living and adapting Extracted Binary Code. The next day Dr. Carzel showed up to his office, only to open the door and come face to face with his code.
