EyeMan was created when scientists were experimenting fixing the eyes of the blind. When an unknown chemical was spilled on the eye-stalk of one man, his eye began to grow out of control, and eventually developed feelings and intelligent thought. one day when a scientist was preformine "brain" surgery, he struck a literal nerve, and the EyeMan went berserk, and escaped the facility, killing every scientist along the way...
