This is Hume female, hairstyle 4b, from Final Fantasy XI wearing Thief Empyrean armor (Raider's set).
I tossed it together for my own use on an Minecraft server with FFXI friends, but everyone else is welcome to use it!

I hid the chin strap since I don't like it much.
Alternate between this one and the Lilac/Gala Corsage version to feel prettier while still being adventuramous! :D
