So basically this skin is a man mixed with a fish, he also happens to be a fisherman which is why the title of this skin is "Fish or man" = fisherman. I would usually add a back story to my contest skins but due to my being a judge and this skin only being made for fun I think i'll leave the story out this time.
So yeah, enjoy the skin.
