After the dicovery of the Time Core in sector 2386, P.153-567, The IPA, or Interplanetary People's Alliance, kept the Core in an underground bunker on the K'hairian home planet in sector 2451. Little is known about the Time Core and it's effects on our plane of existence, even after thousands of hours of extensive research. What is known is that our universe cannot exist without the Time Core intact, so protecting it is a major concern.
Shortly after the war between the K'hairians and the Gha'eulians broke out, the time core was captured. This was of major concern to the IPA. All of the IPA member planets declared war on the Gha'eulians, causing the first Great Universal War.
Though the war waged for 23 IY, the IPA had still not captured the Time Core. The Gha'eulians had it stored somewhere within their capital city, supposedly within the capital building. The IPA decided to employ the notorious agent G'h-aea to retrieve the Time Core. G'h-aea's mission was not simple, he would not only have to infiltrate the fortress that was their capital building, but also find the chamber where the Time Core was stored, get in, and get out without getting caught.
After G'h-aea had retrieved the Time Core, the IPA decided that the agent should be the one to keep hold of it until a new, secure place for it was found. G'h-aea has kept the Time Core since then, wandering space until the IPA finds a place for the Time Core to be stored, and where research can be continued.
