A guy from Terraria that can be found after first defeating the Skeletron and defeating the goblin army. He can only be found in the dungeon. A goblin tinkerer sells products and can reforge certain weapons/items. But be careful when doing this operation, though. Because reforging can sometimes downgrade your weapons or items. So be sure that you know what you're doing!
