The Desert God was feared by many of the Desert people. He could summon sandstorms and cause terrible droughts to those who angered him. But he wasn't always like this.
Centuries ago, and was loved by everyone. He was a kind and generous fellow. People would ask him for food, water, and tone down the heat of the sun and put ends to sandstorms, and he would do so. After many many years of asking, and Villagers grew unkind and unthankful. They would demand for favors from the god and no thank him after he did so. The Desert God was furious and cursed all the villagers with big noses and sewed their hands together! He made them so ugly that nobody would ever come near them. This curse would forever stay until the villagers let out their inner beauty to the world and show the god that they really can be kind again.
So far their progress is good, but trading with Steve is only the first step to redeeming themselves :P
