...It's a gyarados with arms, shuddup :UI had a little trouble with the mouth on this one; I was considering having it continue further onto the body but then it would look strange when you looked up. So for playability's sake I kept it on the head. I'm not overly amazed with this skin so I may revisit it later. For now, enjoy~
