Hatchworth from Steam Powered Giraffe! (without his bowler hat)
gosh I really hate how hard it is to make decent shades of brown for me
(added an H to the back of his jacket just to make it more interesting)
It's a pity that the glasses & mustache cover up his face, I was actually pretty happy with how it turned out
