This is the skin of the infamous Herod, from the MMORPG game, World of Warcraft.
*note*, if you began playing World of Warcraft after Cataclysm, you won't know who Herod is, as he was removed fromt he game. He was simply a boss in the dungeon, "Scarlet Monastary: Armory".
