The Arcticman survives in the cold harsh environment because not only can it teleport like endermen, but it freezes it target solid when it gets close enough. When it's hungry, it eats pigs, cows, sheep, or any other mob that it can freeze. They are heartless creatures that despise their enderman cousins for being able to go anywhere while they are stuck in the Arctic. Although, they are the only endermen that can survive water because it freezes the second that they touch it. It is best to steer clear of these monsters.
