Ice Princess

I decided to make something for the contest.. Yeah, yeah, yeah, there are a lot of ice-princesses out there, but my creative-mind died on me.. Enjoy! Btw, the dress design was first made my Cheveey as a skin request to me. I have permission to use it, but I made the dress in this skin. I did not edit the skin she had made me. As you can see, the sleeves are different and so is the hair.
