This is an IceChops they live in the harsh lands of snow and ice.
They only manage to withstand the temperatures of -50 because they themselves are made of the very ice that surrounds them.
They are a much smarter version of their plains cousin the Pigman, unlike their cousins they adapt their surroundings to match them.
They build castles of Ice and have trains snow golums to defend them from threats.
