This skin is of Jim Raynor, one of the main characters in a computer game known as Starcraft 2. Jim was a Confederate Marshal on Mar Sara when he first sided with the dominion. Later on, he became the leader of a group known as Raynor's Raiders who fought against the Terran Dominion.
Starcraft 2 is a real-time strategy game by Blizzard and has a campaign, multiplayer leagues and arcade games. It is personally one of my favourite games as it requires strategy and is a lot of fun.
