As Athena watches over the city of Athens, as Castor and Pollux protect the brave warriors of Sparta, Poseidon the sailors of Pylos and as Jupiter guards the 7 hills of ancient Rome, Julipher stands her watch over the monumental metropolis of modern times, the City of New York.
The secret capital of the United States, the city of sin and chaos, the city that never sleeps - it needs a protective higher power that never sleeps either.
Ever since the beginnings of a small setllement called Nieuw Amsterdam in 1626, Julipher has been the protector of all citizens, native and newcomers of all nationalities alike, of rich stockbrokers and poor pickpocketers.
She stands up for their right of Justice, of Liberty and of their Pursuit of Happieness. 
Julipher is shown as a young Afro-American woman. She wears a crown such as the one of the Statue of Liberty, the symbol of freedom. However, if you look closely you will notice that it is broken on the right side and one spike is missing. The blindfold is a symbol of justice. All humans are equal before the law, no matter their appearance. She has a heart tattoed on her arm, a symbol for happiness and love, but the heart seems to be poisoned. The gloves show her ability of assertiveness and strength.
On the origin of this skin:
The line between a good, creative and well thought-out idea and an absurd, 'too' creative concept is small. Nevertheless, I prefered putting a lot of thought into this skin and ended up with something that has a lot of details and room for interpretation. What each of these details really means, is up to your imagination.
Also, of course I have been influenced by already existing characters, goddesses and impersonations alike. It's pretty much impossible not to. A few examples would be Libertas, impersonation of freedom, or Lady Justice/Justitia, the impersonation of Justice (duh). However, I tried to not keep it too close to those, only took a few small aspects from each and mixed them up with a lot of different things that I came up myself.
I think I ended up with a pretty cool concept and hope you too enjoy this skin.
