This is Kaisa, the god that controls the rain around the world. He lives in a storm cloud, floating high above the earth. Many people believe that the markings on his face are tattoos, but they are actually part of his skin, and are mysteriously connected to his power over the elements. Many years ago, two saxon warriors, floating in an ancient glider, were blown into his cloud. In his rage at being discovered, he cursed their land to feel wrath for many years from that point. This is why England experiences high amounts of rain. When he and his brothers argue, twisters and tsunamis are formed.
