I made Kefka, because I wanted it for a long time, and because I wanted to do something with a lot of colors.
I have worked some hours on this skin and I do finally think it is ready for the upload.
And I asked sugarbean to tell me what to change, so he helped me with the eyes :3
He is really good at skinning, so check him out!
