UPDATE:
I decided to re-upload this after I found that he had a chin glitch, so now he's fixed with a little extra detailA character I made around the time that I uploaded this. He is a scientist who became a cyborg and has"brain issues". He wears a large cloak, has metal arms, and a white metal face.
NOTE:
-His voice is raspy and weepy, or mostly think of what General Grievous sounds like, and you got him.
-His design is different than what i actually have him as. He has more of wrist devices that I think would look similar to Pip-boys, except he has 2, and they are more genetically infused with him (I wonder what he uses them for?)
-The parts on the side of his face are based off the "Rusty Reaper from the Pyro's misc load out in TF2
-His mouth piece has a different look, but due to Minecraft's "design style", he looks the way he does.
-I planned on adding boots, but I always envision him with a full cloak, so yeah.

Not much i plan to change, so he's staying as is.
