Empress Cygnus from MapleStory.
Felt like making this, but turned out to be a bit more challenging than I expected since the hair and dress don't really appear well with the walking animation. Might still make some changes later on.
UPDATE: Decided to try something new and make the eyes bigger to better reflect MapleStory's design concepts. Or something like that. Let me know if it looks better, or if the old one looked better, etc.
