SUPER-DUPER SPOILER ALERT!!!! DON'T READ ON UNLESS YOU HAVE BEATEN TALES OF SYMPHONIA!!!!
"The Goddess Martel, aka Martel Yggdrasil, is the older sister of Mithos Yggdrasil. She was killed by a human after the war ended. This drove Mithos crazy, and because she wanted no discrimination against half-elves, Mithos took that as Martel wanted everyone to become lifeless beings(which what she didn't want)." In a way, even though she's overrated, I still feel bad for her. She was killed by a human after having everyone regect her race, and then her brother goes out and tries to turn every living human, elf and half-elf into lifeless beings. Not to mention while he's in the process of all of that he has sacrificed at least 7 Chosens to risk their lives to become her vessal. It's too bad that she could never rest in peace because of her Cruxis Crystal as well, keeping her alive forever until it breaks.
