First off, I don't take requests, but this was from a friend IRL, and he had been using one of those awful duck-face skins. I took the duck face file, and shaded the head, re-making the beak and other facial features. Then I looked up some pictures of Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna and made m idea of his uniform.
