- Bright red snowsuit and neon yellow backpack, because the last thing you want to happen to you while exploring the vastnesses of the polar regions is getting lost in a blizzard, perfectly camoflaged for any rescue team to find you.
- The bigger the bagpack, the better. A cute little handbag won't do you any good under those harsh conditions, where you need as many tools and provisions as possible.
- Special sunglasses are a must, because on sunny days the white snow will reflect all the sunlight and can do serious damage to the eyes.
