Ahhh, I finally finished this! If you didn't know, I'm a HUGGEEE Hetalia fan! And seeing how there needed to be more Hetalia skins. ( At least DECENT.. )
I have taken it upon myself to try my hand at Fem!Russia. Her hair looks like part of her scarf, but I decided to go ahead and leave it at that. If I decide I want to change the scarf color and make it look better, I will. I also wanted to try and make the dress more pink.. ( Because thats the usual color of Fem!Russia's dress ) but I decided to go purple, because it seemed more fitting at the time. ^_^
