Wazzup People!Today I bring you the wonderful Mr Burns! He is an animated character from the show TheSimpsonsand is Homer Simpsons boss at the nuclear power plant at which Homer works in. This was originally a request from 16thompn a long time ago *I DON'T DO SKIN REQUESTS* and so I have decided to re-do the skin and see how much I can change it to be more awesome :D
