This is Mr.Proclamation! He comes from Cralar-3 in the Delocrement system of the Cralars. Mr.Proclamation is special though. He has abilities that nobody of his race has. He can walk through walls, I mean LITERALLY walk through walls, he is a Terrain Editor, he works for Emperor Zaluk. Mr.Proclamations job is to create new colonies on other planets and galaxies. He has a great family and a child named Calik. Reason he is in the Sci-Fi category? He is an Alien creature galaxies away. He is not something we know of. He is something beyond us. He is not male nor female. We have not found out about his race. One day we will!
