You need the mod "Mine Little Pony" to get the most out of this skin. You won't get the quadruped model without it.
Figure out the player model pixel secret to make this a fancy wing-ed Mudkip!
I had to look off of a Mudkip done by Audra to get the eyes right. Check her Mudkip out, too!
