Nikolay / KF-Soviet from the game Killing Floor by Tripwire Interactive.
Nikolay is a promotional character that you unlock for purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition of Red Orchestra 2 on Steam.
He's my favorite character to play as, so if you see someone in the game named Derpface who looks like this, chances are it's me!
The hat gave me trouble so I might edit it to make it a little better.
