These Bad-Boyz are from the game Starbound which I recently got and love. They're a race which hasn't came out yet but will come out sooner or later. I do recommend the game to those who are willing to accept the fact that it's a beta and will expect bugs or character wipes, if your not one of those people, than you should wait for the game to be completed or so.
