This is Nunu, a character from League of Legends. Most of the time, he is seen riding on Willump, his yeti companion, but I thought that it should be his time to shine :3

I couldn't figure out how to make him hold his signature snowball and pick. Plus, I was too lazy to find a good picture of Willump.
