Phoenix Bird Guy 2

This is a remake of the other phoenix bird guy thing, requested by Phoenix_Fire. There is now green and slightly different eyes. Hope you like it! I added the hat thing upon request too.

Btw, I didn't add it to the other one and just do an update because I plan on remaking that one differently at a later date.
